How it Works?
- Identify order churn hotspots by following the steps mentioned above.
- Configure a mystery gift or discount by going to Loop admin > Flows > Create flow > Configure specific conditions > Add action > Mystery reward.
a. If you are already offering order milestone-based rewards via Flows, edit your Flows to replace "Add product" or "Add discount" actions with "Add mystery reward" action. - Flows will be automatically triggered when eligible subscribers land on the portal. The reveal experience will be shown each time a subscription qualifies for it (not on every visit).
