2. 3P marketing integrations - A new key `bundleVariantName`  has been added in case of preset and BYOB - Fixed bundles to allow merchants to show the bundle variant name in emails.

3. Dunning order improvement for Zapiet - Now you can configure the preference `Shift future scheduled orders too when the payment fails and will be retried` under payment recovery. With this setting, the future order schedule will be recalculated according to the Zapiet configurations if the current order is rescheduled due to dunning retry settings.

Mystery Rewards — a surprise-and-delight experience built to boost order placement rates and proactively reduce subscription revenue leakage right from the customer portal.


Why it Matters?

🔍 60–70% of actions on the customer portal are negative — like Skip, Cancel, or Pause.
📉 On average, only 50–60% of 2nd orders are even attempted — most are lost to negative actions.


What’s New?

🎁 Surprise your Subscribers
Offer a mystery reward reveal experience the moment subscribers land on the portal. Deliver them an aha! moment and turn them away from taking revenue-impacting actions.

🧠 Behaviour-Driven Rewarding
Set up rewards at high-risk moments — like before a second order — to shift intent from churn to conversion. Identify order hotspots from Analytics > Orders > Overview > Order number-wise leakage (table)

📈 Boost Order Attempt Rate
By creating positive friction through curiosity and excitement, you can reduce negative actions and recover otherwise lost orders.


How it Works?

  1. Identify order churn hotspots by following the steps mentioned above.

  2. Configure a mystery gift or discount by going to Loop admin > Flows > Create flow > Configure specific conditions > Add action > Mystery reward.
    a. If you are already offering order milestone-based rewards via Flows, edit your Flows to replace "Add product" or "Add discount" actions with "Add mystery reward" action.
    b. After selecting the reward, setup the claim behaviour i.e., when the reward shall be given to the subscriber
    Option(1): Only when a subscriber login and engage to claim reward.
    Option(2): All subscribers irrespective of them engaging with reward experience.

  3. Flows will be automatically triggered when eligible subscribers land on the portal. The reveal experience will be shown each time a subscription qualifies for it (not on every visit).

Note: Reward will be added to the order even in case the subscriber does not visit the portal.

2. Multilingual Support for Loyalty Experience - Global brands can now display loyalty experience texts in customers' local language without third-party apps.

6. Bundle Variant Name Support in Notifications & 3P Integrations - Loop notifications and 3P integrations now support displaying bundle variant names for better communication. 

7. Customer Portal Improvements - Key changes to improve customer portal usability, such as highlighting free products, displaying slashed bundle base price and direct access to bundle editing. 

8. Seamless Customer Portal Login Behavior - Subscribers with only one active subscription will be taken directly to the subscription management page via the magic login link. 

9. Dunning & Non-Dunning Split + Country-wise Inventory Forecasts - Track the dunning and non-dunning split along with the total quantity needed to reduce excess inventory costs. Use country-wise forecasts (via filter) to better plan operations. 

10. Reporting Improvements - We have added new data points and filters in various reports: Order number in Processed orders report, Customer tags in Subscribers report, Anchor day in Subscriptions and Upcoming order reports. Along with this address related columns have been streamlined in Subscriptions and Upcoming order reports. 

11. Easily Search for Inactive Products - The alert center now allows searching for inactive products by name or Shopify ID for easier operations.

Introducing Dynamic Bottle Deposits!

Good news for beverage brands! Our new Dynamic bottle deposit flow keeps the refundable “Pfand” (container-deposit) line item perfectly in sync with every bottle a subscriber adds or removes - no need for manual edits or disabling product changes by customers.

The flow runs on Subscription created, Products modified, and Recurring order placed triggers and adds the deposit with a dynamic quantity equal to the live bottle count.

  • Real-time sync – Deposit SKU quantity updates automatically whenever a subscriber changes bottle quantities.
  • Full-journey coverage – Works on new subscriptions, product edits in the portal, and each recurring order.

⚙️ How to set it up

  • Create three flows – one each for Subscription Created, Products Modified, and Recurring Order Placed.
  • Action 1 (Remove product) – choose your existing bottle-deposit SKU.
  • Action 2 (Add product one-time) – select the same SKU and set Quantity = Dynamic. Select bottled products for which the bottle deposits are to be added.

Dynamic quantity logic – total bottles in the order (subscription items + one-time adds − one-time removals).


This update means worry-free operations in every region that already enforces a deposit-return scheme - including most of Europe, all Australian states and several Pacific islands.

  2. Enable Maximum orders per day preference to configure a maximum number of orders allowed for a subscription per day.
  3. Enable Maximum quantity per item preference to configure a maximum quantity value per item that can be added or updated in a subscription.
  4. Setup error messages by going to Loop admin > Settings > Store texts > Error messages
