We’ve launched Fraud Prevention Rules to help you prevent fraud even before it starts. Now you can set limits on product quantities and the number of orders a customer can place per subscription in a day.

🧱 Set Product Quantity & Daily Order Limits

Limit how many units of a product can be added in a subscription, and how many orders a customer can place per day from a subscription. Prevent bulk-buying abuse before it chips away at your margins.

👀 Full Control Across All Channels

Whether orders come from your customer portal or admin portal, rules apply everywhere. No more loopholes.

💡 Reduce Chargebacks & Unauthorized Reselling

Prevent fraudsters from abusing discounted subscription products and reselling at retail. Protect your brand, your revenue, and your customer experience.

How to Set It Up?

  1. Go to Loop admin > Customer portal > Preferences > Fraud prevention (at the end)
  2. Enable Maximum orders per day preference to configure a maximum number of orders allowed for a subscription per day.
  3. Enable Maximum quantity per item preference to configure a maximum quantity value per item that can be added or updated in a subscription.
  4. Setup error messages by going to Loop admin > Settings > Store texts > Error messages
