Selling preset bundles just got easier and faster! With just a few clicks, preset bundles can be made available for sale on the storefront.


What’s new?

  • New selling preference: Clicking "Add to Cart" adds only the parent bundle product. No more hassle of writing custom code to club individual items into a bundle product.
  • Easy quantity updates: Customers can directly increase or decrease bundle quantities in the cart with auto-updating discounts. No extra steps needed.
  • Inventory tracking: Actual bundle items(child items) are added within seconds once the checkout order is placed, ensuring correct inventory tracking.

How to set it up?

  • Create a preset bundle by going to Loop admin > Bundles > Create bundle > Preset fixed
  • Enable new selling method by going to Loop admin > Bundles > Preferences > Configure how you want to sell preset bundle on storefront > Add only parent bundle product to cart and checkout

Key considerations

  • Order Management System (OMS) Compatibility: If your OMS syncs orders instantly, configure a slight delay (1-2 mins) to allow for bundle updates and avoid inventory discrepancies.
  • Flexible Preferences: You can switch anytime between:- Adding only the parent bundle product to the cart (new system).
    • Adding all child items to the cart (previous system).

Steps to Set Up Upgrades:

  1. Navigate to Loop Admin: Go to Upsell > Customer Portal > Upgrade Profiles.
  2. Create Upgrade Profiles: Choose between two types:
  • SKU Upgrade + Frequency Change
  • SKU Upgrade Only
  1. Customize the Experience:
  • Set discounts and messaging for each upgrade option.
  • Add short descriptions for your upgrade offers.
  • Prioritize which upgrades to display first.
  1. Enable Immediate Charges (Optional): Decide whether you want to charge customers immediately after they upgrade from the preferences tab.

That’s it! Once enabled, eligible customers will see personalized upgrade options directly in their subscriber portal.

You can track performance using built-in analytics to monitor views, clicks, conversions, and dismissals.
