Loop Reporting V2.0 is live now and can be accessed via existing navigation "Reporting". As part of this upgrade, we have rebuild the complete reporting infra from scratch. New system is more robust and allows us to ship changes (existing or new reports) much faster.

Major upgrades

• Support for filters to view and export the relevant data.
• New reports added - Subscribers and Transactions.
• Subscribers report provide information related to active subscriptions, subscribed products and total spent.
• Transactions report provide list of all transactions processed (Success or failed) with subscription, order, customer and payment related info.

We are excited to announce the public release of Loop Cancellation discounts. Using this feature, you can provide one-time discount to customers trying to cancel their subscription.

Where to find the setting?

Go to Customer portal > Cancellation Flows > Scroll down to Cancellation discounts.

Key features:

• Decide eligible customers based on their orders and revenue activity.
• Configure cancellation reason specific copies and add cool GIFs for better customer engagement.
• Extensive controls to prevent discount abuse both at customer and subscription level.
• Discount codes are strictly subscription specific and cannot be used on other subscriptions.
• See the discount incentive performance directly from Loop cancellation dashboard.

We are excited to announce the integration of Smile.io on Loop. with this integration, your customers would be able to use their Smile.io loyalty coupon codes on the Loop subscriptions.

To activate, you can simply click the Connect button. Once connected, you authorize the Loop app to modify the discount codes created by the Smile.io app on your store.

We have recently added the integration for Stamped Loyalty on Loop. With this integration, your customers would be able to use their Stamped loyalty discounts on their subscriptions.

To activate the integration, you can simply click the Connect button. Once you click, you authorize the Loop app to modify the discount codes created by the Stamped app on your store.

To further enhance the subscription experience, we have added the custom subscription frequency support.

• You will now be able to edit an existing subscription to a custom frequency plan which is not available as part of standard selling plans.
• You can also manually create subscriptions with custom delivery frequency.

Upcoming enhancement: We will soon be extending the custom frequency support on the customer portal which you would be control from the customer portal preferences.

We have released our bundle builder for all Shopify stores.

Here are the core functionalities:

We are proud to announce that after a closed beta for last few months, we have opened the integrations space for all of our merchants. With Loop integrations, we will allow you to get subscription events and related data across the popular Shopify apps to help you provide better subscription experience for your customers.

Right now, 2 integrations are live - Klaviyo for marketing automations and Google Analytics for reporting purposes. We will be publishing more integrations in coming days, so keep a close eye on this space.

Upcoming payments report has been created to help merchants maximize their upcoming revenue collection.

You can filter out the high risk payments which is based on the last payment status, card expiry and number of retries left. You can then connect with these customers accordingly to prevent failing of the scheduled payments.

Now, you can reschedule future shipments for prepaid subscriptions from the Loop admin portal. When you reschedule a shipment, all the subsequent shipments of the ongoing order and future orders are shifted by the same period.

With Global billing hour settings, you can now process all upcoming subscription orders at the same time of a day. This will greatly help you to streamline all the subscription orders scheduled for a day together and save on time and human resources.

This feature can be accessed via going to Settings > General > Global billing hour

Once you set a particular billing hour like "11:00" in the dropdown and click on Save button, all existing and new subscriptions will be updated and the upcoming orders will be processed as per the set timings.
