Show subscribers exactly how many orders are left in their prepaid cycle

You can now let subscribers see how many orders remain in their current prepaid cycle, making prepaid subscriptions more transparent in customer portal

A new variable, {{orders_remaining_in_prepaid_cycle}}, is available in customer portal texts and reflects orders remaining in the cycle independent of the subscription's max order count. For example, "You have 4 orders remaining this cycle & $320.00 in credits. We will use $80.00 to place the order."

SKU upgrade offers now supported for multi-subscription line contracts

Your subscribers can now redeem SKU-only upgrade offers on contracts with more than one subscription line, across the customer portal, admin portal, and SKU upgrade campaigns. No configuration changes needed.

Previously, upgrade offers were blocked entirely on multi-line contracts since most upgrades involve a frequency change that could affect other lines on the contract. SKU-only offers swap the SKU without changing frequency, so that risk doesn't apply, and they're now unlocked.

Note: this is currently supported in the customer and admin portals only. Loop's API suite still applies upgrade offers to single subscription line contracts only.

Add province and state-level targeting to demographic conditions

You can now set demographic conditions down to the province or state level, not just by country. This gives you more control in large countries where promotions, competitor presence, or seasonal demand shift by region.

Choose one or more provinces or states within a country, and set whether they should be present or not present for the condition to apply. Available on Upsells, Upgrades, Flows, Cancellation flows, and Product swaps.

Existing country-level conditions keep working as before, with no action needed on your end.

Order size volume discounts are live!

You can now reward subscribers for buying more by setting tiered discounts that grow with order quantity or order value. Instead of a flat percentage, savings scale as subscribers add more, nudging larger orders and lifting AOV.

A discount widget in the customer portal shows subscribers the offers they can unlock by crossing each order size or value milestone. Built-in analytics let you track views, units added, and revenue with period-over-period comparison, filterable by entity, date range, and channel.

Product choices in quantity + frequency upgrade profiles

You can now let subscribers choose different products during a quantity + frequency upgrade, instead of receiving multiple units of the same item.

If a customer upgrades to a 3× subscription, they can select up to 3 products from available options, making it possible to offer curated, mix-and-match upgrade experiences that drive higher AOV and keep subscribers engaged

Mid-cycle membership upgrades with prorated billing

If you run a tiered membership model, you can now let subscribers upgrade to a higher-priced plan mid-cycle, with an immediate prorated charge for the remaining billing period.

We've added new upgrade types and configurable proration methods, with activity logs tracking the before and after state of every upgrade.

Control variant selection in the upsell drawer

You can now choose which product variant should be pre-selected when a customer opens the upsell product drawer, using a new Default variant selection preference under Grow > Upsells > Preferences.

Pick between pre-selecting the first variant available with any purchase option, or the first variant available as a subscription. For brands using variant-to-frequency mapping, the subscription option lines up the pre-selected variant with a subscriber's existing frequency out of the box, reducing manual switching at the point of upsell.

Prevent overselling on limited edition drops with instant order placement

You can now place an order the moment a subscriber adds a limited edition product, eliminating the gap between "added to subscription" and "order billed" that causes overselling.

Pair upsells with a Flow that triggers an Order Now action when a limited product is added. As inventory is consumed in real time through Shopify, the upsell automatically stops showing once stock runs out — no manual intervention needed.
