Customize your customer portal in a visual builder with live preview

Theme settings is now a split-pane builder. Your portal renders live on the right while you edit Layout, Styles, Texts, Custom CSS, and Custom JS on the left, so you see every change before you publish.

Leverage inspect mode to find component-specific texts and styles, and turn it off to explore multi-step flows without affecting live subscriptions. You can also preview any portal page as a real subscriber by subscription ID, switch between desktop and mobile, and use zoom controls.

SKU upgrade offers now supported for multi-subscription line contracts

Your subscribers can now redeem SKU-only upgrade offers on contracts with more than one subscription line, across the customer portal, admin portal, and SKU upgrade campaigns. No configuration changes needed.

Previously, upgrade offers were blocked entirely on multi-line contracts since most upgrades involve a frequency change that could affect other lines on the contract. SKU-only offers swap the SKU without changing frequency, so that risk doesn't apply, and they're now unlocked.

Note: this is currently supported in the customer and admin portals only. Loop's API suite still applies upgrade offers to single subscription line contracts only.

Add province and state-level targeting to demographic conditions

You can now set demographic conditions down to the province or state level, not just by country. This gives you more control in large countries where promotions, competitor presence, or seasonal demand shift by region.

Choose one or more provinces or states within a country, and set whether they should be present or not present for the condition to apply. Available on Upsells, Upgrades, Flows, Cancellation flows, and Product swaps.

Existing country-level conditions keep working as before, with no action needed on your end.

Pre-dunning campaigns for specific subscriptions are now live

You can now generate Failed Payment Recovery links for specific subscriptions even if they haven't entered dunning. Simply target subscriptions using filters or upload a CSV of subscription IDs to proactively ask customers to update their payment method before renewal.

Perfect for payment gateway migrations, store migrations, and reducing involuntary churn through early payment updates.

New quick action: Add backup payment method

Help subscribers secure their subscription by encouraging them to add a backup payment method.

You can now include the Add backup payment method quick action in subscription created and upcoming order reminder campaigns, with optional discounts or gifts to drive completion.

If a subscriber's primary payment method fails during renewal, the backup payment method is automatically used—helping reduce failed renewals and involuntary churn.

Improved variant selection handling in selling plans

You can now select up to 250 variants at a time when mapping them to a selling plan without losing your work. Checkboxes for additional variants are automatically disabled once you hit the limit, so you can save your current selection and continue mapping the rest in a new batch.

Select multiple payment failure codes while configuring trigger conditions

You can now select multiple payment failure codes or messages within a single condition, instead of adding a separate OR block for each one.

This speeds up setup for Quick Actions, Flows, and Campaigns tied to payment recovery, and keeps conditions cleaner and easier to manage. Existing configurations continue to work as they do today.

New loyalty events and properties for Klaviyo, Attentive, and other marketing integrations

You can now trigger flows and personalize messaging based on a customer's loyalty state, using new loyalty events and customer properties available across your connected marketing tools.

Three new events, first points credited, points expiring soon, and coupon expiring soon, along with customer properties like points balance, credit balance, and expiry dates, let you build loyalty-driven segments and journeys in tools like Klaviyo and Attentive.

Admin portal improvements: Bulk action tracking and Klaviyo campaign sync

When you initiate a bulk price update, you now get a direct link to the bulk action screen to track progress, instead of just an "Operation in progress" message.

If Klaviyo is integrated on your store, the "Sync campaign action list to Klaviyo" option is now selected by default when creating a campaign, so subscriber lists are created in Klaviyo automatically without the extra step of exporting and uploading a file.

Easily duplicate existing configurations across all major Loop modules

You can now duplicate and manage your configurations directly from the list view across major touchpoints in Loop, using the actions menu (⋯) without opening each one individually.

This has been the most requested missing piece for merchants managing multiple similar setups. Instead of rebuilding configurations from scratch every time, you can now duplicate any existing one as a draft and make only the changes you need. The actions menu also surfaces contextual options like Enable, Disable, Edit, and Delete, depending on the current state.

Available across Flows, Streaks, Upsell, Upgrade, Swap profiles, Cancellation flows, Gift program, Widgets, and Bundles.
Note: Selling Plans and Campaigns are not supported yet.
