Bulk actions now work for subscriptions with preset bundles

Subscriptions containing preset bundles are now supported in bulk actions. You can now run operations like charge order, skip order, and update subscription details on these subscriptions at scale, just like standard subscriptions.

Actions that modify bundle line composition, such as swap or remove, still apply only to standalone products outside the bundle.

Reschedule and delay bulk actions now run without notifying customers

We no longer send customer notifications when you run reschedule or delay bulk actions, regardless of your store's notification settings. This prevents accidental communication during large-scale order changes.

Tag subscribers saved from the benefits page

You can now tag customers directly from the benefits page. These tags help you identify subscribers who were about to cancel, so you can build proactive retention strategies around them.

Use these tags to segment at-risk customers in tools like Klaviyo and run targeted re-engagement campaigns before they consider cancelling again.

Track and analyse Streak program performance with new reports

We've added three new reports for Streaks: subscriptions enrolled in a Streak, order-wise performance, and cohort-wise performance.

You can now see which subscriptions are part of a Streak program, identify where subscribers drop off at each order milestone, and track how each monthly acquisition cohort progresses over time, so you can fine-tune your reward structure with real data.

Filter cancellation save metrics by ARL and non-ARL regions

You can now view your cancellation save analytics by ARL-covered regions or non-ARL regions using a new dropdown filter in Analytics > Cancellations > Saves.

The filter offers three options: All regions (default), ARL-covered regions, and Non-ARL regions. ARL-covered regions are based on the states enabled in your ARL compliance preference. Since the filter reflects subscription location rather than whether the ARL flow was triggered, it applies to historical data as well.

Improved order visibility for checkout with multiple subscriptions

When a single checkout creates multiple subscriptions because the products have different billing intervals, the originating order now appears in each subscription's order history, not just one.

This removes a common source of confusion for both you and your subscribers when trying to trace how a subscription was created.

Clearer labels for cancellations where no reason was captured

We've updated cancellation reason labels across the platform to make uncaptured cases easier to identify. "Cancelled by customer" now reads "No cancellation reason captured," and "Cancelled by API" now reads "No cancellation reason captured (API)."

These updated labels and their tooltips are reflected everywhere cancellation reasons appear, including subscription details, activity logs, analytics dashboards, and reports.

Custom duration options for Delay and Pause flows

You can now add or remove duration intervals in both Delay and Pause flow preferences, giving you full control over the options your subscribers see.

We've also improved the customer portal experience for both flows. Selecting a rescheduled date now happens in a single step, with the next order date shown clearly upfront.

Upload banner images directly in Flow and Reward journeys

You can now upload banner images directly in Flow and Reward journeys — no HTML configuration needed.

Previously, adding banners required manual HTML setup. We've now brought the same drag-and-drop image upload experience from Streaks to Flow and Reward journeys, making it faster and easier to create visually rich subscriber experiences.
