Upload banner images directly in Flow and Reward journeys

You can now upload banner images directly in Flow and Reward journeys — no HTML configuration needed.

Previously, adding banners required manual HTML setup. We've now brought the same drag-and-drop image upload experience from Streaks to Flow and Reward journeys, making it faster and easier to create visually rich subscriber experiences.

Sync Shopify collections directly from Loop admin

You can now view and sync all your Shopify collections — including Smart collections — right from a new Collections page under Products in Loop admin.

When product mappings in Smart collections update on Shopify but don't reflect across Loop touchpoints like upsells, swaps, and selling plans, you can trigger a sync directly from Loop to bring everything back in line.

Track product-level upsell performance by campaign and quick action

You can now see which campaign or quick action drove each upsell addition and its revenue, broken down by product. We now publish the campaign and quick action name in the "Entity" column across both the product-wise upsell additions and upsell revenue reports.

Edit existing Streak programs

You can now edit Streak programs after creation - add new milestones, add or remove rewards, or replace a discontinued gift product with a different reward or discount.

New and in-progress subscriptions that haven't yet reached the edited milestone automatically pick up the changes. For subscribers who've already passed that point, you can use bulk actions to apply updates manually.

Control order editing for preset bundle checkout

If you use preset bundles with a parent SKU at checkout, you can now choose whether the checkout order is edited to include child products in their required quantities. This is enabled by default, giving you accurate inventory tracking for individual bundle items.

You can disable this if you prefer to keep only the parent product on the checkout order. Recurring orders are unaffected, child products are always billed on subsequent orders regardless of this setting.

Control cart behavior when adding a BYOB bundle

You can now decide whether clicking "Add to cart" on the bundle builder appends the selected items to the existing cart, or clears the cart first and adds only the new bundle selection.

This is especially useful if you sell a single bundle and want to avoid subscribers accidentally ending up with multiple instances of the same bundle in their cart. Setting the cart to clear first ensures every checkout reflects only the latest bundle selection.

You can now copy the Klaviyo-supported quick action key straight from the Loop admin - no more navigating through Klaviyo to find it manually.

The key is auto-generated as soon as you name your quick action, ready to paste directly into your Klaviyo templates.

Smarter payment method selection when creating subscriptions

You can now see the Last charged date for each saved payment method when manually creating a subscription, making it easier to pick the most reliable card upfront.

Payment methods are automatically sorted by most recently used, and you can now Add a new card directly within the flow if none are saved.
