You can now change frequency in Flows when a new subscription is created. Change subscription frequency moves the whole subscription, and Swap product & change frequency moves one or more products. Each product gets its own correct selling plan, so a plan chosen for one product never applies to another.

Both actions let you keep the next order date or delay it to fit the new frequency. Change subscription frequency replaces the Change subscription plan action.
