Alert Center: Take Control and Maximize Operational Efficiency


We're excited to announce the launch of the all-new Alert Center, a powerful tool designed to help you proactively manage your subscription business and maximize performance. Available exclusively for Enterprise plans, the Alert Center empowers you with:

  • Real-time insights: Stay informed with critical alerts highlighting potential issues within your store configuration, settings, and key events.
  • Actionable guidance: Each alert provides clear instructions and improvement suggestions, allowing you to swiftly address any concerns.
  • Improved store performance: By taking action on these alerts, you can optimize settings and resolve issues, leading to an improvement in your impacted areas.

The Alert Center puts you in the driver's seat with a user-friendly interface that includes:

  • Open tab: Use this view to gain a comprehensive understanding of each alert with information such as:
    - Severity Level (High, Medium, Low)
    • Alert and its description
    • Last checked
    • Category for easy organization
    • A “View details” button to give you more information
  • Logs tab: Stores a log of all actions taken directly via the Alert center

We are starting with the following alerts:

  • Inactive products in subscriptions:
    - Identify subscriptions with inactive (archived, draft, deleted) products
    • Swap inactive products with corresponding active ones
    • Easily select products, define discounts, and initiate bulk actions
  • Flows with high failure rates:
    - Flags active flows experiencing high failure rates
    • Prompts you to review and adjust flow configurations for optimal performance
  • Shipping profiles & profiles with no selling plans:
    - Alerts for shipping profiles lacking a selling plan association
    • Guides you to activate the profile by mapping relevant selling plans
  • Bounced admin emails:
    - Identifies bounced admin email notifications
    • Prompts you to update email addresses to ensure notification delivery

The Alert Center empowers you to:

  • Save Time: Quickly identify and address potential issues
  • Reduce Errors: Proactively prevent configuration mistakes
  • Boost Performance: Optimize your store for success

More alerts will be added over time to give you the right information at the right moment.

  • Dive deep: Need more details? One click takes you to the relevant section to view comprehensive reports on subscriber acquisition, dunning and churn prevention.
  • Target your analysis: Gain insights for specific timeframes and compare over different performance periods!

These are the views available:

  • Overview: This gives you a snapshot of active subscribers, subscriptions and MRR along with a forecast for 30 day sales.

  • Subscription activity: This view gives you the number of subscriptions activated, deactivated, net change and comparison over the last 30 days along with a trend for different subscription actions.

Boost conversions with enhanced multilingual experience

We're excited to announce an update that will help improve conversions for stores with international customers! Loop now offers complete multilingual support for your customer portal and build your bundle pages, allowing you to overcome language barriers, increasing your upsell and bundle sales.

Bridging the language gap

Previously, you might have encountered gaps in multilingual experiences for categories, products, and variants on your customer portal and build your bundle page. This meant customers weren't getting the complete picture, leading to confusion and missed sales opportunities.

Loop makes it easy

We've addressed this by introducing dedicated sections for translating:

  • Bundle category titles and subtitles
  • Bundle variant titles
  • Product short descriptions

And the best part is, Loop now automatically syncs product and variant title translations from your live store product pages. This means no hassle of managing duplicate translations across multilingual apps and Loop.

You can set-up multilingual translations for bundles by visiting Loop admin > Settings > Multilingual texts > Choose language > Bundle.

Bundle multilingual support is only available on our Enterprise plan, whereas auto-fetching product & variant translations are available for all the plans.

Integrated loyalty experience with Bubblehouse 🤝


We are thrilled to announce an integration with Bubblehouse loyalty platform to allow your customers to view and redeem their loyalty points via Loop customer portal.

  • Centralized Loyalty and Subscription Information: You can show customers information about loyalty points and unused discount coupons inside the customer portal itself. Once you enable this integration, the loyalty widget will be enabled inside the customer portal for both > subscription listing page and the subscription details page.

Effortless Redemption and Application: Customers can simply click on the loyalty widget and redeem their loyalty points for discount codes. They can also apply the discount codes directly on their upcoming order.

Customizable Brand Experience:

  • You can customize the rewards drawer description to share details about your loyalty program, promote upcoming sales, or highlight new products.

Acquire more, retain better: Selling plan availability

Selling plans are a core part of how subscriptions are run on Loop. And with this release, we are making them even more powerful. With selling plan availability you have full control and flexibility over which selling plans are presented to customers at different touchpoints in their subscription journey.

While creating/editing a selling plan, you will be able to control the availability on:

  • Storefront product pages
  • Customer portal
  • Admin portal

You can leverage this to create targeted strategies. For example, you can create acquisition specific selling plans (with higher discounts) which are only available on storefront product pages or selling plans for running promotional campaigns via checkout links (keeping them unavailable on rest of the touchpoints).
