Advancements in Upsell Analytics 📊
We’ve expanded Upsell Analytics to show not just what was added, but what actually sold, with clearer breakdowns by items, profiles, campaigns, and quick actions, so brands can tie upsell efforts to realized revenue accurately.
What’s new
- “Actual sold” (in Upsell → Added tab)
Reflects revenue realized till now from upsell products that were added in the selected time window.
Example: Products added date selected as "1 Aug to 31 Aug 2025" --> Actual sold will show the revenue realised till now from all the upsell products added in the above time frame.
- "Total revenue till date" in following tables on Upsell → Added tabfor detailed breakdown
- Item wise performance
- Upsell profiles performance
- Item wise performance
- General upsell profile analytics: Similar to personalized upsell profiles now brands can also analyse general profile performance under "Upsell profile performance" and "Upsell profile product wise performance"
- Upsell quick action performance report: Report to anlayse quick action x product wise upsell performance report to analyse products added and actual revenue realized.
- Campaign performance report: Report to anlayse campaign x product wise upsell performance report to analyse products and actual revenue realized.
- Campaigns filter: Global filter across "Added" and "Sold" tab to quickly filter upsell performance from "Campaign" as a channel.
- Graphs on Sold tab: Track revenue realization over time and the channel-wise distribution of realized revenue.
