We’ve made Add Product campaigns more flexible — and far more powerful. Now, brands can customise the texts, discounts and purchase options shown in the Add Product drawer to match the tone, urgency, and purpose of each campaign.

💡 Think tailored messaging for tailored offers:

  • Launching a new product? Use “Exclusive access to new arrivals”
  • Running a flash deal? Go with “Limited time offer, don’t miss out”
  • Promoting a seasonal item? Try “Just in for the season”

What's new

📝 Configurable drawer titles
Set custom titles for each Add Product campaign to reflect your message and grab attention.

🎯 Tailored CTA buttons
Instead of generic copy like “Add product one-time” or “Add as subscription,” your campaigns can now use high-converting CTAs like:
✅ “Accept offer”
❌ “Decline offer”

📦 Independence from upsell settings
Campaign Actions have become fully decoupled from standard upsell logic, giving you even more control in terms of discounting and text messaging.


Get started now
Head to Retain > Quick actions > Campaign actions > Generate quick actions > Add product

  • Select product, purchase options and discount value to be offered in the campaign.
  • Configure campaign-specific texts to drive higher conversion.
  • Select subscriptions to generate a manual campaign action list or sync the list to Klaviyo.
