Enhanced Notifications Suite

We are excited to announce significant updates to our notification suite. This release aims to improve communication between you and your customers, while ensuring a seamless management experience.
New Notifications for Key Events
- Subscription Marked for Cancellation: Notifies customers when they initiate the cancellation process for prepaid subscriptions.
- Subscription Rescheduled: Sent when the delivery date is changed for a subscription order
- Subscription Delayed: Sent when a subscription is delayed by a subscriber
- Order Unskipped: Alerts customers when an order is unskipped, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Shipping address changed: Alerts you when the delivery address is changed for a subscription.
Customizable Notifications and Third-Party Integrations
When taking actions like rescheduling or delaying orders from the Loop admin, you can now choose to notify customers. Additionally, all notifications trigger events in third-party integrations, enabling seamless workflows and automation.
Test Email Functionality
To ensure that email notifications look exactly as intended, we have introduced a new test email functionality. You can preview how an email notification will appear before sending it to customers by simply clicking the "Send test email" button in the template editing screen.
Simplified Template Editing
The template editing process has been streamlined by making the Save button appear only when changes are made. This helps prevent accidental saves and ensures a more focused editing experience.
