Improve upsell conversion using Loyalty points

What’s New? 

We’re excited to introduce enhanced flexibility which made it easier than ever to boost your upsell conversion rates with loyalty points! This feature enables customers to convert products directly from the upsell section and the add product event and campaign actions using their loyalty points, giving your customers even more incentives to complete their purchase.


How it helps:

  • Customers can see the final upsell price with loyalty points applied, making discounts visible upfront.
  • Lower product prices due to loyalty points result in greater conversion rates.

How it works:

  • Configuration setting:
    Brands can enable the preference to allow customers to pay with loyalty points by navigating to: Grow > Upsells > Preferences > "Allow customers to pay with loyalty points"

The settings will be visible once any of the above-mentioned apps is connected with Loop.


  • Once enabled, customers will see the final price for each product with loyalty point discounts applied. Additionally, the loyalty points checkbox will be automatically enabled for all users in the product drawer once the feature is activated.
  • Merchants can also create personalized profiles based on loyalty points. For instance, they can offer higher-value products to subscribers with 500 loyalty points, while showing lower-value options to those with fewer points, preventing free product redemptions.


Important: The loyalty discount will only be added to the next upcoming order and post that the product will be added on the actual upsell price (excluding loyalty discounts)



Add product campaign and event action
  • While creating the add product campaign or event action merchant can now enable the preference to allow customers to pay with loyalty points.
  • Once enabled, on the product drawer the loyalty points checkbox will be enabled by default for all the users.
  • The user can un-tick the checkbox if they chose not to use the loyalty points for adding the product.
