Your Subscribers Report is now packed with deeper filters and more actionable data, built to help you understand every subscriber’s journey.

🔍 What’s New?

We’ve added several new data points and filters to help you:

  • Track how long subscribers have been around (👋 Acquisition date)
  • See when they last placed a subscription order (📅 Last subscription order date)
  • Measure how engaged they are (🔁 Total subscription orders)
  • Spot drop-offs (📉 Expired Subscription Count)
  • Filter by subscription state - Active, Paused, Cancelled, or Expired for precise segmentation

🧠 What You Can Do With It

  • Launch targeted campaigns: Run win-back flows for subscribers who haven’t ordered in months, upsell to your most loyal customers (high spenders), or reach out to users who’ve dropped off with a new offer.
  • Build powerful cohorts: Want to track how many subscribers you acquired last week or last month? Now you can—with filters for Acquisition Date and Total Subscription Orders.
  • Reach out with precision: Set up email campaigns for inactive subscribers, feedback requests after long gaps, or re-engagement flows based on user behavior.
