The Solution: Partial Skip
With Partial Skip, customers can now choose to skip individual items within an order, allowing them to keep the items they want. This flexibility empowers customers to make more informed decisions, leading to increased customer satisfaction and reduced revenue loss.
How it Works:
- Customer Initiates Skip: A customer starts the usual skip process.
- Multiple Items Detected: If the system identifies multiple items in the subscription, it prompts the customer to choose which items to skip.
- Customer Selects Items: The customer can select specific items to skip.
- Confirmation and Skip: The customer confirms their selection and the chosen items are skipped.
