How to Set It Up
- Go to Retain > Cancellation Flows > Reasons in Loop Admin.
- Click "+ Add Custom Action".
- Add a clear label (e.g., "Book a call with a us") and paste any URL (Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, or custom landing pages).
- Prioritise the action per reason to ensure relevance for the subscriber’s situation.
- Custom actions can be reused across multiple reasons, eliminating duplication.
Reporting & Analytics
- All custom actions are tracked as saves in cancellation analytics.
- Custom actions will appear in the "Treatment opted" column of the cancellation report.
- Analyze the effectiveness of each custom action through the Saves tab in the Cancellation Analytics dashboard.
