- Volume Discount (beta) is now live — Increase AOV by rewarding subscribers with tiered discounts based on total quantity or cart value. Get early access
- Digital memberships now support upgrades & downgrades with prorated billing adjustments. Learn more
- Customers can now choose different products when upgrading instead of receiving multiple quantities of the same item. Learn more
🔁 Retention
- Swap treatment and cancellation offers can now be applied to prepaid subscribers as well. Learn more
- Swap profiles now support many-to-many product mappings, simplifying the management and reducing set-up time. Learn more
🌟 Customer Experience
- New “Payment 3DS challenged” notification — Automatically send customers a payment verification link when authentication is pending. Customers will also see a verification banner inside the customer portal. Learn more
- You can now choose whether the upsell drawer pre-selects:
- the first variant with a subscription option, or
- the first available variant regardless of purchase type. Learn more
- Reschedule drawer now automatically pre-selects the customer’s existing delivery time slot. Learn more
- Newly added or swapped products now prioritize the original subscription’s anchor day whenever possible. Learn more
🛠️ Admin & Operations
- Bulk actions now support “Mark for Cancellation” for prepaid subscriptions. Learn more
- You can now choose whether “Cutoff window” apply to the first order, preventing immediate-fulfillment orders from unintentionally entering a scheduled state. Learn more
- Easily duplicate existing configurations across all major Loop modules (except selling plans and campaigns).
- Payment failure reasons have been updated as per Shopify’s updated error codes. We recommend reviewing your payment recovery quick actions and retry decline settings. Learn more

- Subscription products can now be safely removed or swapped without requiring removal of the applied product discount. Learn more
