You can now tag customers directly from the benefits page. These tags help you identify subscribers who were about to cancel, so you can build proactive retention strategies around them.
Use these tags to segment at-risk customers in tools like Klaviyo and run targeted re-engagement campaigns before they consider cancelling again.

You can now use Shopify markets with Loop to display the correct regional pricing and product availability to subscribers everywhere it matters, from swaps and upgrades to BYOB and campaigns.
Loop detects each subscriber's market from their shipping address and applies the pricing you've configured in Shopify, so a subscriber in Germany sees EUR and one in Canada sees CAD without any manual work. Prices sync automatically from Shopify, with a manual re-sync option available on the new markets page.
You can now view your cancellation save analytics by ARL-covered regions or non-ARL regions using a new dropdown filter in Analytics > Cancellations > Saves.
The filter offers three options: All regions (default), ARL-covered regions, and Non-ARL regions. ARL-covered regions are based on the states enabled in your ARL compliance preference. Since the filter reflects subscription location rather than whether the ARL flow was triggered, it applies to historical data as well.
When a single checkout creates multiple subscriptions because the products have different billing intervals, the originating order now appears in each subscription's order history, not just one.
This removes a common source of confusion for both you and your subscribers when trying to trace how a subscription was created.
We've updated cancellation reason labels across the platform to make uncaptured cases easier to identify. "Cancelled by customer" now reads "No cancellation reason captured," and "Cancelled by API" now reads "No cancellation reason captured (API)."
These updated labels and their tooltips are reflected everywhere cancellation reasons appear, including subscription details, activity logs, analytics dashboards, and reports.
