Upload custom Lottie animations and set a store default for mystery rewards

You can now upload your own Lottie animation for mystery reward reveals, giving you full creative control over the reveal experience instead of just colors.

Set a store default under Loop > Settings > Mystery reward, and any reward using "Use default styles" picks up that look automatically. You can still use Custom experience to override the look for a specific reward when needed.

This keeps reveals consistent across your store while still letting you customize individual rewards where it matters.

Swap campaign now support paused and cancelled subscriptions

You can now use Swap product campaign to resume paused subscriptions or reactivate cancelled subscriptions into a different product or variant, instead of just resuming/reactivating their previous subscription.

Existing campaign discounts can be applied during the swap, so you can pair a newer product, updated SKU, or seasonal offering with an incentive to drive higher win-back rates.

Swap campaigns follow your existing Charge on Resume/Reactivate setting, so reactivations are charged according to your configured behavior.

Subscriptions report is now significantly faster

You can now load, filter, and export your Subscriptions Report much faster. We've upgraded the reporting infrastructure while keeping all existing capabilities, including advanced filtering, custom views, and export functionality.

Exports are up to 80x faster, and report loading in the admin portal is up to 35x faster. Even large subscription datasets now load and filter with minimal wait time.

Order size volume discounts are live!

You can now reward subscribers for buying more by setting tiered discounts that grow with order quantity or order value. Instead of a flat percentage, savings scale as subscribers add more, nudging larger orders and lifting AOV.

A discount widget in the customer portal shows subscribers the offers they can unlock by crossing each order size or value milestone. Built-in analytics let you track views, units added, and revenue with period-over-period comparison, filterable by entity, date range, and channel.

Admin portal improvements: Bulk action tracking and Klaviyo campaign sync

When you initiate a bulk price update, you now get a direct link to the bulk action screen to track progress, instead of just an "Operation in progress" message.

If Klaviyo is integrated on your store, the "Sync campaign action list to Klaviyo" option is now selected by default when creating a campaign, so subscriber lists are created in Klaviyo automatically without the extra step of exporting and uploading a file.

Choose an authentication method for your customer portal

You can now decide how subscribers are authenticated when they access the Loop customer portal: use Shopify customer account login for a unified experience across your storefront, or stick with Loop managed login for a fully branded magic link experience.

Shopify's unified login removes the friction of customers having to sign in separately for subscriptions, loyalty, reviews, and other apps. If you prioritize brand control, Loop managed login keeps the experience entirely yours.

Easily duplicate existing configurations across all major Loop modules

You can now duplicate and manage your configurations directly from the list view across major touchpoints in Loop, using the actions menu (⋯) without opening each one individually.

This has been the most requested missing piece for merchants managing multiple similar setups. Instead of rebuilding configurations from scratch every time, you can now duplicate any existing one as a draft and make only the changes you need. The actions menu also surfaces contextual options like Enable, Disable, Edit, and Delete, depending on the current state.

Available across Flows, Streaks, Upsell, Upgrade, Swap profiles, Cancellation flows, Gift program, Widgets, and Bundles.
Note: Selling Plans and Campaigns are not supported yet.

Expired coupons hidden for Okendo loyalty users

We've improved how coupons appear in the Loop customer portal for stores using the Okendo loyalty integration. Coupons that have expired in Shopify are now filtered out of the available coupons list.

Your Okendo loyalty subscribers will only see active coupons when they access the portal, avoiding confusion over rewards they can no longer use.

Klaviyo $value property update in all Loop events

We've improved how revenue is attributed in your Klaviyo dashboards. Klaviyo sums the $value property across all events tied to a conversion metric, so non-transactional events that carried this property could add to your attributed revenue.

The $value property now only passes on transactional events: loop_gift_subscription_completed, loop_gift_subscription_created, loop_order_processed, and loop_subscription_started. All other Loop events no longer carry it, so your Klaviyo revenue reflects actual transactions.
