Admin portal improvements: Bulk action tracking and Klaviyo campaign sync

When you initiate a bulk price update, you now get a direct link to the bulk action screen to track progress, instead of just an "Operation in progress" message.

If Klaviyo is integrated on your store, the "Sync campaign action list to Klaviyo" option is now selected by default when creating a campaign, so subscriber lists are created in Klaviyo automatically without the extra step of exporting and uploading a file.

Choose an authentication method for your customer portal

You can now decide how subscribers are authenticated when they access the Loop customer portal: use Shopify customer account login for a unified experience across your storefront, or stick with Loop managed login for a fully branded magic link experience.

Shopify's unified login removes the friction of customers having to sign in separately for subscriptions, loyalty, reviews, and other apps. If you prioritize brand control, Loop managed login keeps the experience entirely yours.

Easily duplicate existing configurations across all major Loop modules

You can now duplicate and manage your configurations directly from the list view across major touchpoints in Loop, using the actions menu (⋯) without opening each one individually.

This has been the most requested missing piece for merchants managing multiple similar setups. Instead of rebuilding configurations from scratch every time, you can now duplicate any existing one as a draft and make only the changes you need. The actions menu also surfaces contextual options like Enable, Disable, Edit, and Delete, depending on the current state.

Available across Flows, Streaks, Upsell, Upgrade, Swap profiles, Cancellation flows, Gift program, Widgets, and Bundles.
Note: Selling Plans and Campaigns are not supported yet.

You can now customize the mystery rewards experience to fit your branding instead of using Loop's default colors. Adjust the reward box colors, CTA button colors, and text colors, then preview exactly how the reveal will look after every change.

Preview is available for both mobile and desktop, so the experience feels native to your store on any screen.

Expired coupons hidden for Okendo loyalty users

We've improved how coupons appear in the Loop customer portal for stores using the Okendo loyalty integration. Coupons that have expired in Shopify are now filtered out of the available coupons list.

Your Okendo loyalty subscribers will only see active coupons when they access the portal, avoiding confusion over rewards they can no longer use.

Klaviyo $value property update in all Loop events

We've improved how revenue is attributed in your Klaviyo dashboards. Klaviyo sums the $value property across all events tied to a conversion metric, so non-transactional events that carried this property could add to your attributed revenue.

The $value property now only passes on transactional events: loop_gift_subscription_completed, loop_gift_subscription_created, loop_order_processed, and loop_subscription_started. All other Loop events no longer carry it, so your Klaviyo revenue reflects actual transactions.

  • Volume Discount (beta) is now live — Increase AOV by rewarding subscribers with tiered discounts based on total quantity or cart value. Only available for Pro plan users. Get early access

New "Payment 3DS challenged" notification to help subscribers confirm renewal payments

You can now enable the Payment 3DS challenged notification under Settings > Notifications, sent to subscribers when their bank or card issuer requires payment confirmation as part of 3D Secure (3DS) verification. This lets you recover renewals that would otherwise be treated as standard payment failures.

The email includes a secure Shopify verification link and is sent once daily until the payment is confirmed or ultimately fails. Subscribers also see a banner in the customer portal with a Confirm Payment action, and these subscriptions are marked as Payment Confirmation Pending so it's clear the payment is awaiting authentication rather than facing a card issue.

Payment failure reasons are now clearer and consistent across Loop

We've standardized how payment failure reasons are displayed across Loop, mapping Shopify's payment error codes into a fixed set of around 32 merchant-friendly failure reasons. For example, multiple Shopify authentication error codes now surface as a single, readable reason: "3DS authentication failed."

The updated mapping applies across hard decline reasons, the Payment failed Flow trigger, recover failed payment quick actions, and recover failed payment campaigns. New failure reasons will appear in analytics for billing attempts processed from today, with historical data backfill planned progressively.

Set up a Flow with a gift subscription trigger, add the "Add trial period" action in the THEN path, and define the number of trial days you want to offer.
