You can now let subscribers see how many orders remain in their current prepaid cycle, making prepaid subscriptions more transparent in customer portal

A new variable, {{orders_remaining_in_prepaid_cycle}}, is available in customer portal texts and reflects orders remaining in the cycle independent of the subscription's max order count. For example, "You have 4 orders remaining this cycle & $320.00 in credits. We will use $80.00 to place the order."

Your subscribers can now redeem SKU-only upgrade offers on contracts with more than one subscription line, across the customer portal, admin portal, and SKU upgrade campaigns. No configuration changes needed.

Previously, upgrade offers were blocked entirely on multi-line contracts since most upgrades involve a frequency change that could affect other lines on the contract. SKU-only offers swap the SKU without changing frequency, so that risk doesn't apply, and they're now unlocked.

Note: this is currently supported in the customer and admin portals only. Loop's API suite still applies upgrade offers to single subscription line contracts only.

You can now set demographic conditions down to the province or state level, not just by country. This gives you more control in large countries where promotions, competitor presence, or seasonal demand shift by region.

Choose one or more provinces or states within a country, and set whether they should be present or not present for the condition to apply. Available on Upsells, Upgrades, Flows, Cancellation flows, and Product swaps.

Existing country-level conditions keep working as before, with no action needed on your end.

You can now show retention offers to subscribers even when they don't select a cancellation reason, whether reasons are turned off entirely or made optional. Previously, no offer would show at all in these cases, so cancelling subscribers had no chance to be retained.

Enable this by turning on the new "Show when no reason is selected" preference for any offer, it's on by default for new offers you create. You can enable it across multiple offers, and subscribers will get to choose among the available options if more than one applies.

You can now show subscribers an instant win-back offer right after they confirm cancellation, instead of relying only on a delayed email campaign. A banner appears on the portal page with a live countdown, giving you a real-time shot at recovery while intent to cancel is still fresh.

Clicking the banner opens the offer in a drawer. Accepting reactivates the subscription instantly with the offer applied, and declining leaves the banner up until it expires, so subscribers can still come back to it. Offers only ever appear after cancellation is confirmed, never as a blocker in the flow.

You can now generate Failed Payment Recovery links for specific subscriptions even if they haven't entered dunning. Simply target subscriptions using filters or upload a CSV of subscription IDs to proactively ask customers to update their payment method before renewal.

Help subscribers secure their subscription by encouraging them to add a backup payment method.

You can now include the Add backup payment method quick action in subscription created and upcoming order reminder campaigns, with optional discounts or gifts to drive completion.

If a subscriber's primary payment method fails during renewal, the backup payment method is automatically used—helping reduce failed renewals and involuntary churn.

You can now let customers use "Gift order" and "Gift an order instead of skipping" on anchor-based subscriptions. A new "Enable for anchor-based subscriptions" sub-preference under both settings makes this possible.

When a customer uses either action, we charge the current upcoming order right away while keeping the existing anchor schedule for future orders unchanged. If you enable this, make sure you're set up to fulfil orders placed outside your regular anchor days.
