Warning banner for cancellation treatments missing a global preference

When you enable a treatment like Skip payment in a reason's flow configuration, we now check if the related global preference is turned on. If it isn't, a warning banner appears with a direct link to enable it.

This helps you catch and fix the setup gap upfront, so treatments work as expected in the live cancellation flow.

Remove billing anchor automatically using Flows

You can now remove a subscription's billing anchor automatically using a new Flow action, "Remove billing anchor for subscription." Trigger it once a condition is met, for example right after the first order is placed.

Previously, subscriptions with an anchor day locked the reschedule calendar to that date only, making rescheduling unusable for anchored subscriptions. With this action, you can let the anchor set the initial billing date, then remove it afterwards so renewals continue on the same date, but customers can reschedule to any other date going forward.

Improved variant selection handling in selling plans

You can now select up to 250 variants at a time when mapping them to a selling plan without losing your work. Checkboxes for additional variants are automatically disabled once you hit the limit, so you can save your current selection and continue mapping the rest in a new batch.

Test flow emails, smarter discount conditions, and cleaner flow summaries

You can now send a test email directly from flow configuration when the "Send email to customers" checkbox is enabled, so you can preview before going live.

Flows also gain a new "Any discount code present" condition, letting you trigger actions whenever any discount code is applied, without listing out each code individually. A new "Remove all products of a collection" one-time action is also available for THEN steps.

The Flow summary is now easier to scan. Repeated conditions are shown only once instead of being listed multiple times.

More flexible relative date targeting for subscription created at conditions

You can now target subscriptions created in the last "X" days or before "X" days, alongside existing absolute date range options in Flows and Cancellation flows.

This makes it easy to build mutually exclusive, lifecycle-based segments, like subscribers in their first few days versus those further along, so you can personalize cancellation journeys with greater precision.

Banner support for Resume and win-back campaigns

You can now add banners to Resume and win-back campaigns, giving customers a clear, visible prompt to reactivate their subscription directly in the customer portal.

Banners make offers easier to notice than campaign links alone, helping more customers rediscover and act on available offers to resume or reactivate.

Select multiple payment failure codes while configuring trigger conditions

You can now select multiple payment failure codes or messages within a single condition, instead of adding a separate OR block for each one.

This speeds up setup for Quick Actions, Flows, and Campaigns tied to payment recovery, and keeps conditions cleaner and easier to manage. Existing configurations continue to work as they do today.

New loyalty events and properties for Klaviyo, Attentive, and other marketing integrations

You can now trigger flows and personalize messaging based on a customer's loyalty state, using new loyalty events and customer properties available across your connected marketing tools.

Three new events, first points credited, points expiring soon, and coupon expiring soon, along with customer properties like points balance, credit balance, and expiry dates, let you build loyalty-driven segments and journeys in tools like Klaviyo and Attentive.

Upload custom Lottie animations and set a store default for mystery rewards

You can now upload your own Lottie animation for mystery reward reveals, giving you full creative control over the reveal experience instead of just colors.

Set a store default under Loop > Settings > Mystery reward, and any reward using "Use default styles" picks up that look automatically. You can still use Custom experience to override the look for a specific reward when needed.

This keeps reveals consistent across your store while still letting you customize individual rewards where it matters.
