Show accurate one-time totals at checkout for non-renewing prepaid plans

For prepaid selling plans with auto-renew disabled, checkout now shows a one-time total instead of a recurring charge, matching how the subscription is actually billed.

This removes the earlier mismatch where checkout displayed the recurring billing price for subscriptions that would never renew, giving customers a clearer picture of their commitment at the point of payment.

This applies automatically to new selling plans. For existing plans, you'll need to edit and save the plan again for the updated checkout behavior to take effect.

Simplify cancellation reason charts with a top 15 breakdown

The "Reason wise cancellations" and "Reason wise cancellation trend" charts in Analytics > Cancellations > Overview now show only your top 15 cancellation reasons individually.

All remaining reasons are grouped into a single "Other Reasons" bucket, shown in grey on both charts, so you get a clean, stable view of your reason distribution even if you capture a large number of custom or free-text reasons.Everything else rolls up into a single "Other reasons" bucket, shown in grey on both charts, keeping the charts readable while still preserving your full reason distribution.

Choose which events send revenue data to Klaviyo

By default, revenue is tracked in Klaviyo for order/processed, subscription/created, subscription/resumed, subscription/reactivated, and giftSubscription/created. You can now choose which events include this data, giving you more control over how revenue shows up in your Klaviyo reporting.

This setting is available under Tools & apps > Klaviyo.

Set currency for shipping rates in multi-market zones

You can now set the currency for individual shipping rates based on the currencies available in a zone or market. If your store's base currency is USD and a zone includes the UK and Canada, you can choose USD, CAD, or GBP for each rate, and order amount conditions for that rate apply in the selected currency.

This closes the gap with Shopify's native shipping profile capabilities and gives you more control over multi-market shipping setups.

Alert for shipping profiles with no selling plan mapped

Loop's alert center now flags shipping profiles with no selling plan mapped, making it easier to identify profiles affected by deleted selling plans. Previously these profiles were hidden and Shopify silently reclassified them as Custom Profiles, making the issue hard to trace.

The alert links directly to the impacted profile, and a new "No selling plan mapped" chip in the shipping profiles list makes affected profiles easy to spot and fix.

Customize your customer portal in a visual builder with live preview

Theme settings is now a split-pane builder. Your portal renders live on the right while you edit Layout, Styles, Texts, Custom CSS, and Custom JS on the left, so you see every change before you publish.

Leverage inspect mode to find component-specific texts and styles, and turn it off to explore multi-step flows without affecting live subscriptions. You can also preview any portal page as a real subscriber by subscription ID, switch between desktop and mobile, and use zoom controls.

Target Streaks by bundle or shipping region

You can now enroll subscribers in Streaks based on specific bundles or shipping location. New conditions let you include or exclude subscriptions containing a given bundle, and include or exclude specific countries and provinces.

This helps you target rewards more precisely, like restricting free shipping rewards to regions where the cost makes sense, or running a streak for one BYOB bundle without it applying to others on the same selling plan.

Target upgrade offers by subscriber tenure

You can now run different upgrade offers based on how long a subscriber has been with you. For example, offer a smaller upgrade to subscribers active for 30 to 60 days, and a bigger one to subscribers past 60 days.

A new "Subscription created at" condition on Upgrade profiles lets you target by absolute date range, in the last X days, before X days, or between X and Y days.

Control which gift subscription details show at checkout

You can now choose which pricing fields appear on the checkout line for gift subscriptions, gift price, number of orders, and shipping price, instead of always showing all three.

This is useful if you already explain the gift pricing breakdown on your gift page and don't want it repeated at checkout.

Configure this at Subscriptions > Gift > Preferences > Gift information on checkout.
