Many-to-many product mapping now available in personalized swaps

You can now map multiple products or variants to multiple swap products within a single personalized swap profile, making large-scale swap setups significantly easier to manage.

Previously, only one-to-many mappings were supported, forcing you to create repetitive mappings for large catalogs. With this update, you can configure complex product replacement logic in a single mapping block, cutting down setup effort considerably.

Swap actions and cancellation offers support available for prepaid subscriptions

Cancellation flows now support Swap treatment actions and cancellation offers for prepaid subscriptions, giving you the same retention tools for prepaid subscribers that you already use for regular ones.

Previously, prepaid subscriptions had limited save options during cancellation. You can now run your full retention strategy across more subscription types, reducing churn opportunities that were previously out of reach.

Control variant selection in the upsell drawer

You can now choose which product variant should be pre-selected when a customer opens the upsell product drawer, using a new Default variant selection preference under Grow > Upsells > Preferences.

Pick between pre-selecting the first variant available with any purchase option, or the first variant available as a subscription. For brands using variant-to-frequency mapping, the subscription option lines up the pre-selected variant with a subscriber's existing frequency out of the box, reducing manual switching at the point of upsell.

Okendo improvement to allow only enrolled users to redeem points

Loyalty point redemption in Loop's customer portal is now restricted to users with an active Okendo account, keeping you aligned with consent requirements under loyalty programme regulations.

Users with a pending account still earn and see their points but are shown a configurable activation message in place of the redeem action, prompting them to activate before they can apply points. This message appears in the customer portal and the cancellation flow, and you can customize the text directly from Loop Admin Portal under Tools & Apps > Okendo Integration > Texts > Account activation message

Control how many upcoming orders subscribers see in the customer portal

You can now limit the number of future orders visible to subscribers in the customer portal. A new preference under Customer portal > Preferences > Order actions lets you set a specific number of upcoming orders to display, instead of the default 10.

Showing too many scheduled orders can overwhelm customers and trigger unnecessary cancellations. This preference helps you tailor the experience to what works best for your subscribers.
