New Analytics Dashboards: Unlock Powerful Insights to Drive Retention and Growth!

We’ve expanded our analytics suite to offer more powerful and actionable insights into your subscriber behavior, cohort trends, and churn patterns. With these updates, you can now go beyond simple metrics to understand the drivers of growth, retention, and cancellations at a deeper level.

🔍 Subscriber Insights: Know Your Subscriber Base Like Never Before

  • Track Real Subscriber Growth & Churn
Visualize true subscriber growth by tracking changes in new, paused, resumed, reactivated, canceled, and expired subscribers over time. Go beyond just subscription counts to understand subscriber activity and health at every stage of the journey.
  • Monitor Subscriber Acquisition
Measure non-subscriber to subscriber conversion rates, and track which products, plans, and delivery intervals are contributing most to subscriber growth. This helps you refine your acquisition strategy by identifying top-performing acquisition channels.
  • Revenue Insights
Compare subscriber revenue vs. non-subscriber revenue to measure the long-term value of your subscribers. Track recurring vs. checkout subscriber revenue to identify revenue streams that can be optimized for better retention.

  • 📊 Cohort Analytics: Unlock Retention Patterns and Cohort Behavior
    • Track Cohort Retention
Analyze retention over time for each cohort based on their first order or acquisition date. See exactly when cohorts drop off, whether it's after the 2nd or 3rd order, and tailor your retention strategies accordingly.
    • Measure Lifetime Value (LTV)
Track Average Subscriber LTV and Subscription LTV for cohorts to understand how much revenue different groups of customers are bringing in over time. Identify the cohorts that are generating the most value to optimize your acquisition and retention strategies.
    • Assess Acquisition Strategies
Evaluate which acquisition months, products, or selling plans brought in the most loyal, high-value customers. Use these insights to inform future acquisition efforts and improve long-term subscriber retention.
    • Evaluate Plans & Delivery Intervals
Compare the performance of various selling plans and delivery intervals. Track the MRR and subscriber count for different plans to identify which ones are driving growth and which need adjustment.

❌ Cancellation & Churn Insights: Understand and Act on Subscriber Cancellations

  • Churn Overview & Trends
Get a high-level view of subscriber churn and subscription cancellations, with metrics on churn rate and lost MRR. Monitor 0-day churn, and track upcoming order churn to anticipate cancellations before they happen. See churn trends by day, week, and month to evaluate the impact of campaigns or product changes.
  • Order-Wise Cancellations
Break down churn based on the number of orders placed before cancellation. Identify common drop-off stages such as cancellations after the 1st or 2nd order, and use this data to optimize your lifecycle journeys and plan effective retention interventions.
  • Product-Specific Churn Tracking
Identify which products are contributing most to churned revenue. Track churn trends at the product level to pinpoint the root causes—whether it’s pricing, product fit, or dissatisfaction with the item itself. Drill down to the variant level to identify issues with specific product SKUs.
  • Reason-Wise Cancellations
Understand why subscribers cancel by tracking cancellation reasons such as pricing concerns, product fit, or dissatisfaction. This allows you to optimize your messaging, retention flows, and offers to address the most common reasons for churn.
  • Cancellation Flow Effectiveness
Measure the effectiveness of your save actions at the product level, such as how often your cancellation flows succeed in retaining subscribers. Track save rates and analyze cancellation attempts to optimize your retention strategies.

With these newly expanded analytics, you can gain a comprehensive view of your subscriber base for tracking growth, acquisition, churn, and product-specific cancellations. Whether you're optimizing acquisition strategies, refining retention flows, or analyzing churn reasons at the product or cohort level, these insights provide the tools to make smarter, more data-driven decisions.

By focusing on churn patterns, cohort behaviors, and subscriber acquisition, you’ll be empowered to improve subscriber retention, maximize revenue, and build a healthier, more loyal customer base.

Coming Soon: Lifetime Value (LTV) tracking and additional improvements!

Streaks - Gamify subscriber journeys to build rewarding habits 🔥

Streaks is a powerful method to unlock reliable recurring revenue, incentivising subscribers to build consistent habits by placing orders on schedule.

Why Streaks matter?

🔍 Roughly 60–70% of customer portal actions are negative — like Skip, Cancel, or Pause.
📉 Only 50–60% of 2nd orders are even attempted. Most are lost to negative actions.

This means your subscribers often don't build consistent habits with your products, leading to poor outcomes for them and lost recurring revenue for you.

What’s new?

✅ Gamify the subscription experience
Motivate subscribers to build positive, consistent habits by unlocking milestone-based rewards — but only when they place orders on time.

🎁 Offer exciting, tiered rewards
Set up progressive rewards like free gifts or exclusive discounts that subscribers can earn by maintaining their order streaks.

🔄 Personalized Streak programs
Design streaks based on order frequency, products, or selling plans. When multiple streaks apply, we’ll automatically enrol subscribers into the most rewarding one.

⏳ Flexible grace period
Allow subscribers to maintain streaks even when life gets in the way — like travel delays — with grace period.

💪 Drive consistency, build loyalty
Help your subscribers stay consistent and feel good about their progress, fostering deeper brand loyalty and improving long-term retention.

How to set it up?

Go to Retain > Streaks > Create Streak > Program
✔️ Name your program
✔️ Select subscription frequency
✔️ Define order milestones + grace periods
✔️ Set eligibility conditions (products & selling plans)
✔️ Add milestone rewards (discounts, gifts)
✔️ Add a motivational quote for every milestone

📝 Note: For subscriptions enrolled in Streaks, only the Streak banner will be displayed (Flow reward banners will be hidden).

How does a streak break?

A streak will only break if a subscriber fails to place an order by the scheduled date + grace period.

Note: Actions like pause, cancel, skip, or reschedule do not break the streak, as they’re reversible. Subscribers can always come back and place the next order within the grace period to maintain their streak.

Plan availability

Only available on Loop Pro plan

We’re happy to help you configure it. Reach out to support@loopwork.co or get in touch with your success manager.

Drive higher conversion with curated add product campaigns experience ✨

We’ve made Add Product campaigns more flexible — and far more powerful. Now, brands can customise the texts, discounts and purchase options shown in the Add Product drawer to match the tone, urgency, and purpose of each campaign.

Why it matters

The add product campaign drawer isn't just a utility — it's a moment to convert. And when that moment aligns with the campaign's intent, you're more likely to win an upsell.

💡 Think tailored messaging for tailored offers:

  • Launching a new product? Use “Exclusive access to new arrivals”
  • Running a flash deal? Go with “Limited time offer, don’t miss out”
  • Promoting a seasonal item? Try “Just in for the season”

What's new

📝 Configurable drawer titles
Set custom titles for each Add Product campaign to reflect your message and grab attention.

🎯 Tailored CTA buttons
Instead of generic copy like “Add product one-time” or “Add as subscription,” your campaigns can now use high-converting CTAs like:
✅ “Accept offer”
❌ “Decline offer”

📦 Independence from upsell settings
Campaign Actions have become fully decoupled from standard upsell logic, giving you even more control in terms of discounting and text messaging.

Get started now
Head to Retain > Quick actions > Campaign actions > Generate quick actions > Add product

  • Select product, purchase options and discount value to be offered in the campaign.
  • Configure campaign-specific texts to drive higher conversion.
  • Select subscriptions to generate a manual campaign action list or sync the list to Klaviyo.

Flows now support update shipping price action

Update Shipping price action is now available for subscription creation and product modification in flows. This can be useful to avoid extra shipping charges levied on one-time products when subscription-specific rates have been configured in Loop.

Due to limitation of Shopify shipping, mixed carts may lead to extra shipping as Shopify considers one-time and subscription items differently when calculating shipping charges. Now, with update shipping price action, you can easily configure workflows, specifying shipping price amount for a given cart value or product weight or combination of both.

How to setup?

  • Action can be setup easily by creating flows and selecting Update shipping action from the list of available actions.
  • When the action is selected, you can configure the shipping rate and shipping method title based on your workflow requirements.
  • Action is currently supported only for shipping delivery method and not for pickup and local delivery.

Restrictions wrt auto-update settings

  • Ensure that the auto-update shipping prices settings is disabled for subscription creation and product modification trigger.
  • otherwise, the update shipping price action will come disabled in flows as per the auto-update shipping setting status for respective triggers.
  • No restriction will be imposed for the shipping address update trigger.
  • If a flow is created using the update shipping price action, and the auto-update setting is later turned on, then the flow will be marked as failed, and the auto-update shipping prices will override the manual shipping price action.
  • A banner will also appear as a warning to either turn-off the auto-update settings or to remove the manual update action.
