Streaks - Gamify subscriber journeys to build rewarding habits 🔥

Streaks is a powerful method to unlock reliable recurring revenue, incentivising subscribers to build consistent habits by placing orders on schedule.



Why Streaks matter?

🔍 Roughly 60–70% of customer portal actions are negative — like Skip, Cancel, or Pause.
📉 Only 50–60% of 2nd orders are even attempted. Most are lost to negative actions.

This means your subscribers often don't build consistent habits with your products, leading to poor outcomes for them and lost recurring revenue for you.

Motivate subscribers to build positive, consistent habits by unlocking milestone-based rewards — but only when they place orders on time.

Set up progressive rewards like free gifts or exclusive discounts that subscribers can earn by maintaining their order streaks.

🔄 Personalized Streak programs
Design streaks based on order frequency, products, or selling plans. When multiple streaks apply, we’ll automatically enrol subscribers into the most rewarding one.

⏳ Flexible grace period
Allow subscribers to maintain streaks even when life gets in the way — like travel delays — with grace period.

Help your subscribers stay consistent and feel good about their progress, fostering deeper brand loyalty and improving long-term retention.



How to set it up?

Go to Retain > Streaks > Create Streak > Program
✔️ Name your program
✔️ Select subscription frequency
✔️ Define order milestones + grace periods
✔️ Set eligibility conditions (products & selling plans)
✔️ Add milestone rewards (discounts, gifts)
✔️ Add a motivational quote for every milestone

📝 Note: For subscriptions enrolled in Streaks, only the Streak banner will be displayed (Flow reward banners will be hidden).



How does a streak break?

A streak will only break if a subscriber fails to place an order by the scheduled date + grace period. 

Note: Actions like pause, cancel, skip, or reschedule do not break the streak, as they’re reversible. Subscribers can always come back and place the next order within the grace period to maintain their streak.
