⤴️ Improvements

  • Delay order processing by 5/10/15mins for checkout orders so post-purchase apps (like AfterSell or Rebuy) can finish updates before Loop syncs the checkout order. This ensures accurate subscription creation and more reliable Flow automations. Learn more.
  • Product and gift widget mapping is auto-duplicated when duplicating a theme. No manual hustle required for re-mapping widget to (new) duplicated theme templates.
  • UI/UX refinements on the “experimentation on cancellation benefits” page for a seamless experience while running experiments.
  • Flows can now be triggered only when a specific product is added via upsells.
  • Offer explicit gifts in reward journeys (no mystery gifting required). 
  • Rewards flow templates made more robust with new targeting conditions.
  • Smoother “update shipping” flow in the customer portal. 
  • Improved subscription frequency change flow in the customer portal. 
  • Hide “manage subscription” on Shopify account pages for B2B customers.

  • Drag-and-drop disabled in the HTML editor across Loop admin to prevent accidental layout breaks.
