Combine cancellation offers with skip or delay to improve retention

You can now trigger Skip order actions when a specific cancellation offer is accepted using a new Flow condition. This lets you combine incentives with immediate order adjustments to better retain subscribers

We've introduced a new Flow condition “Is cancellation offer applied (any of)”, which allows you to trigger downstream actions like skipping the next order or delaying it when a selected cancellation offer is accepted. This enables setups where the offer provides the incentive, and the Flow handles the operational change to the subscription. Previously, cancellation offers and order actions operated independently, limiting how save experiences could be structured. This change helps you create more effective retention journeys by combining incentives with reduced subscriber friction.
