Combine cancellation offers with skip or delay treatments for stronger retention ๐Ÿš€

What’s new

You can now use a new Flow condition, Is cancellation offer applied (any of), to trigger a Skip order or Delay order action when a specific cancellation offer is accepted.

This lets brands create more complete save experiences inside the cancellation flow, such as:

  • 10% off + skip next order
  • 10% off + delay next order by 10 days

In this setup, the cancellation offer handles the incentive, while Flows handle the order treatment.

Why this matters

Sometimes an incentive alone is not enough to save a subscription. Brands wanted a way to pair the offer with an immediate action that reduces friction for the subscriber, such as skipping the next order or delaying it by a few days.

This makes that possible, giving brands more flexibility to test retention journeys that feel more practical and effective.

How to set it up
