Recover failed payments across paused and cancelled subscriptions
You can now run payment recovery campaigns for subscribers whose subscriptions were paused or cancelled after dunning retries were exhausted, not just those still in active recovery.
Until now, Loop only supported outreach for subscriptions still in payment recovery, leaving churned subscribers without a clear path back. With this update, you can target active in-recovery subscriptions, paused or cancelled subscriptions from failed payments, or specific subscriptions using subscription, product, customer, and payment-based conditions. Drawer texts now adapt to the subscription state so subscribers can update their card and resume or reactivate in a single flow, and you can pair the campaign with a discount or free gift to improve conversion.
