Cancellation flow save rate now reflects subscriber behavior more accurately
We have updated how save rate is calculated across the cancellation flow to better represent real subscriber behavior. Saves recorded within the same clock hour are now merged into a single save, regardless of whether they happened on the Benefits, Reasons, or Offers stage.
When multiple saves happen within the same clock hour, the most recent save determines the stage for attribution. This updated definition has also been applied to historical data, so you may notice lower overall cancellation attempts and save rates. We have added a banner across all relevant touch points to make this change clear.
