We are thrilled to announce the release of significant improvements to our Prepaid V2 feature, designed to offer both you and your customers enhanced flexibility and functionality.

Key Highlights:

• Gamified Prepaid Experience: You can now create a gamified experience for prepaid subscriptions with Flows support. Two new conditions “Is prepaid subscription” and “Is not prepaid subscription.” have been added for this.
• Swap/Remove Products: Customers can now easily swap or remove products providing them with the flexibility they need.
• Additional Discounts: During sales seasons, customers can enjoy additional discount codes on their prepaid subscriptions, making their purchases even more rewarding.
• Reactivation: Customers can now easily reactivate their prepaid subscriptions. Subscriptions marked for cancellation show a banner in Loop admin portal.
• Prepaid Credit Visibility: You can now view the complete credit history in the Loop admin, ensuring transparent and efficient management.
• Adjust Prepaid Credits: You can adjust prepaid credits against a subscription, helpful in cases of manual refunds post-cancellation. A new permission “Prepaid credits” has been introduced for this.

This release makes Loop Prepaid subscriptions as seamless as standard pay-as-you-go subscriptions.
