We've added seven new tools to Loop MCP that lets your AI assistant read your flows, payment recovery strategies and customer portal preferences, so it can explain why a metric moved and recommend what to change.

Review every flow with its status and recent runs, inspect a flow’s full logic, and see how each payment recovery strategy retries and communicates. You can also check recovery performance and what your customers can do in their portal. The config tools are read-only, so Claude analyzes and recommends but doesn’t edit your settings.
