Multiple charge offset based on country

New

What's new?

Now you can set different charge offset conditions based on the customer shipping address.

Please note - In case of a pick-up order, the charge offset will be set as per the pickup location selected.

Use-case :

This will be beneficial for merchants who operate in multiple country and take different time to deliver the order.
For eg. meal merchant operating in Europe. The would want the charge offset to be 3 days in Germany but 5 days for Italy.

How to access the feature?

  1. Navigate to** Loop > Settings > Order Schedule Preferences**.
  2. Select Order Schedule Based on Delivery.
  3. Set the default charge offset. This will be applied to all subscriptions by default.
  4. Select the Available for Selected Countries setting, choose your charge offset, and select the countries for which you wish to apply the offset.
  5. You can add multiple conditions for different countries.
  6. Once all conditions are set, click Save to save your charge offset configurations.

**Important Changes to Bulk Action Behavior: **

Previous Behavior:

As soon as the charge offset was updated, bulk actions were triggered automatically.

Current Behavior:

Now, after updating the charge offset, bulk actions will not be triggered immediately. Instead, You must manually initiate a bulk action to update the charge offset on existing subscriptions.

Note: Bulk actions need to be triggered in both scenarios:

  • When changing from delivery to billing.
  • When changing from billing to delivery.
