Here, the "Next order" represents the delivery date, and the highlighted text describes the last charge date to avoid multiple order placements.
How does it work?
Setup: Navigate to Settings > Order schedule preferences. Configure your delivery-based schedule with a charge offset.
Admin Experience: Order schedules align with the delivery date to present your support team with the exact details of customers. Features like the rescheduled calendar and order history now work as per delivery dates.
Reporting: A new "Charge offset" column is added across several reports, while the order date still represents the charge date.
Integration Updates: Events payload for Klaviyo, Attentive, Omnisend, and Recart now includes charge offset. Loop notifications variables are also updated. Kindly update your templates once you make the switch.
