- New API Version & 5x Rate Limits — All Loop APIs are now available on v2026.04 with cursor-based pagination and 5x higher rate limits, increasing from 10 to 50 requests/second per store. Learn more
More personalization:
- Flows now have a new trigger, “subscription status changed,” new targeting conditions (attribute absent, upsell not added, retention offer not applied), a “View logs” action, and dynamic variables in Reward Journey banners. Learn more
- New Streaks conditions let you include/exclude specific bundles or target customers based on country/province presence. Learn more
- Show different upgrade offers for recently acquired vs. long-term customers. Learn more
- Target down to the province/state level (not just country) across major Loop modules. Learn more
Improvements:
- You can now show retention offers even if a customer skips the cancellation survey. Learn more
- Loop shipping profiles now support multi-currency rates. Learn more
- SKU-only upgrade offers (no frequency change) now work on contracts with multiple subscription lines, where they were previously blocked entirely. Learn more
- Preset bundles now support Shopify Markets pricing. (Available on request at the moment.)
- Experiments now show which Loop module they run on, full configuration for both winning and losing variants, and start/end date tracking. Learn more
- Updated Anchor API to let you update a subscription’s billing anchor (weekly/monthly/yearly). Learn more
